Door lock and strike patch
Door lock
The locks are assembled for DIN left hand doors as standard.
1. Remove the lock cover (1) by unscrewing the countersunk screws
M4x6 (2) and the lever handle guide (3) from the lock body (4).
Use the mounting aid (5) for the lever handle guide.
2. Remove the clamping plate (6) by unscrewing the countersunk
screws M5x30 (7) on the lock body (4). SW3 Allen key (8) is
enclosed.
3. Glue self-adhesive colour strips (9) flush with the glass fibre on the
side of the lock onto the glass.
4. Remove the countersunk screw (10) for DIN right hand doors,
reposition the latchbolt (11) and re-tighten the countersunk screw
(10). The angled side of the latchbolt always points to the glass!
5. Press the lock body (4) with the legible DIN direction (only for DIN
left) onto the glass with spacer plate (12). Front edge of lock and
spacer plate flush, surrounding contour should be evenly aligned.
6. Firmly screw the lock body (4) and the lock counterpiece (13)
together using the clamping plate (6) and the countersunk screws
M5x30 (7). Finally align the lock.
7. For PC locks, insert now the cylinder (14) and secure with the
provided countersunk screw M5x30 (15). Longer screws block the
mechanics of the lock!
8. Attach the lock cover (1) and secure using the lever handle guide
(3) and countersunk screws M4x6 (2).
9. Tighten the lever handle guide (3) on the lock counterpiece (13)
with the mounting aid (5).
10. Cut off any excess colour strip (9) with a carpet cutter.
11. Clip on handle roses (16) during handle assembly. Lever handle
guide suitable for Ø 18 mm lever handle shoulder.

Strike patch
The strike patch can be used on the right and left hand side by a
180° turn.
1. Remove the strike patch cover (1) by unscrewing the countersunk
head screws M4x6 (2) from the strike patch body.
2. Remove the strike patch body (3) by unscrewing the countersunk
screws M5x30 (4). SW4 Allen key (5) is enclosed.
3. Firmly screw the strike patch body (3) and the strike patch
counterpiece (6) together using the countersunk screws M5x30
(4). Align the opening of the strike patch to the latchbolt.
4. Clip on the strike patch cover (1) and secure using countersunk
screws M4x6 (2).
5. Secure the strike patch cover (1) by unscrewing the clamping
screw (7). SW1.5 Allen key (8) is enclosed.
