Using the radio

Your LG KM710c has an FM radio feature so
you can tune into your favourite stations to
listen to on the move.
Note: You will need to insert your headphones
in order to listen to the radio. Insert them
into the headphone socket (this is the same
socket that you plug your charger into).

Searching for stations

You can tune radio stations into your phone
by searching for them either manually or
automatically. They will then be saved to
specifi c channel numbers so you don't have
to keep re-tuning. You can save up to 12
channels in your phone.
To auto tune:
Press or and select

Choose FM radio.

Select Options, after that Auto scan and

then Yes.
Each time a station is found, your KM710c

will ask if you want to save it. Select Yes
if you want to store the channel and No if
you don't. Any stations you choose to save
will automatically be allocated to a channel
number in your phone.
To manually tune:
Press

Choose FM radio.

Select a channel number that you want to

save a station to and select Options and
after Edit channels.
To enter your station, you can either use

the arrow keys to search for the frequency,
or you can enter the frequency using the
keypad.
Select OK.

Note: You can also edit the stations you have
saved in a channel number by using the same
Edit channels feature you use to manually
tune in stations.
TIP! To improve the radio reception,
extend the headset cord, which functions as the

radio antenna.

Resetting channels

Press

Choose FM radio.
2
Select Options, Reset channels. Choose
3
Yes to confi rm the reset. Each channel will
return to the starting 87.5Mhz frequency.
