To the extent permitted by law, LG excludes all liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect loss or damage including loss of profit, loss or impairment of privacy of conversations, work stoppage or loss or impairment of data arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.
