This item can set serial IRQ.
 Continuous. This item is continuous by default.
 Quiet.
 Enabled. This item is enabled by default.
Disabled.

The user can set the target OS(Android or windows) as needs.
 Windows. The OS selection is windows by default.
The user can enable CLKRUN# logic to stop PCI clocks.
 Enabled. The PCI CLOCK RUN is enabled by default.
 Disabled.
