Circuit 64: Stabilizer for 1.9 V
Setup information
Install the three transistors and the four resistors as shown in Fig. 2.64. Next come the eleven jumper wires.
Check the placement on the board again and only then connect the battery.
Experiment
By means of this circuit, a small, regulated output voltage is generated. The 1 kΩ resistor serves as load. You
can check the output voltage using a multimeter. In our Circuit we measured approximately 1.9V.

Components required:
1 x 2N3906 transistor,
2 x 2N3904 transistors,
1 x 3.3 kΩ resistor,
1 x 2.2 kΩ resistor, 2 x 1 kΩ
resistors, 1 x breadboard,
1 x 9V battery with clip
