2.26 Low regulated output voltage
Circuit 63: Stabilizer for 1.0 V
Setup information
Install the three transistors and the four resistors as shown in Fig. 2.63. Next come the 11 jumper wires.
Check the placement on the board again and only then connect the battery.
Experiment
By means of this circuit, a small, regulated output voltage is generated. The 1 kΩ resistor serves as a load.
You can check the output voltage using a multimeter. In our circuit we measured approximately 1V.
