Problem
The grinder head does not lower or raise.
The hydraulic fluid overflows or is very hot.
Possible Cause
1. The lift/lower control valve is closed.
1. The cooling fan is not functioning.

Corrective Action
1. Turn the control dial counterclockwise
to open it.
1. Check the fuse and replace it if
necessary.
