For Home Owners section in this Installation and Maintenance Instruction. FLM 40 is an exhaust air module. This means it can utilise the energy in the ventilation air. The energy is used to raise the temperature of the ingoing brine to the heat pump. -

For Home Owners Maintenance routines FLM 40 and its ventilation ducting require some regular maintenance where the following points should be checked: The numbers in brackets refer to the section “List of components”. Cleaning the air filter The exhaust air module’s air filter should be cleaned regu- larly (about 4-5 times a year) by taking it out and shaking off any dirt. -
