General Information Attenuator overview The 8498A is a 30 dB, 30 W (25 W between +35° C and + 55° C) fixed attenuator with Type N connectors. Either connector may be used as the input or output connector. – The attenuator is designed to work in a 50 ohm system, and operates over the frequency range from dc to 18.0 GHz.
