    (see Fig. 8) COOKING WITH U-BURNERS AND SEAR BURNERS The Aspire by Hestan U-burner was designed with even heating in mind. The burners, along with the specially designed valves, allow for a broad range of cooking temperatures. The U-burners can sear and grill your meats on high heat, or be dialed down low for authentic barbecuing.

    By using real wood chips in the smoker system of your Aspire grill, you can add extra flavor to all of your grilled foods. The smoker accessory is sold separately by your Hestan dealer. 1. Soak the wood chips for at least 30 minutes before you plan to use the smoker. Drain completely.
