Flow Chart Troubleshooting

1. The Android device does not find the MBT Vehicle Interface.
Prerequisites:
MBT
1: Con rm the
is connected to the Vehicle's Data Link Connector.
2: The
Android
device (phone/tablet) is within 30 feet relative to the MBT Vehicle Interface location.
3: Android device
Bluetooth is turned
4: The
MBT
has been paired to the host device (phone/tablet).
5: The MBT serial number detected by the VehicleMRI application is the same as on the unit connected to the vehicle.
6: Turn the vehicle
ignition switch to the ON
Step 1: Are the MBT LEDs illuminated with the "Power ON Standby Mode" (refer to the "Typical Operation Section")?
Step 2: Is the Data Link Connector (DLC) fuse open?
Step 3: Are there any broken pins, missing battery power pin, open/shorted wires on the DLC?
Step 4: Is the Vehicle battery voltage higher than 10 Volts?
Note: The MBT may be powered at 10 Volts, however, the vehicle may not start at low voltage levels.
Charge Battery and Check Voltage

let them know your troubleshooting results.
