OPERATING MODES

The watch has 3 operating modes. Press MODE to toggle
between these modes.

TIME MODE

This mode displays the real-time clock and date.

To set the time and date, refer to "Time Setting Mode"
•
in Set Up Mode.

STOPWATCH MODE (CHRONO)

You can take your calorie reading in this mode.
To start or stop stopwatch:
Press ST/SP/+.
