You will need the parts identified on page 4 of this instruction manual. NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.

  • Page 5 Assembly Instructions Cam Bolt (37 used in this step) ② 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch. 2.

  • Page 13 Assembly Instructions M3.5 x 15 mm Washer Head Screw (22 used in this step) ④ 14. Now, go back and securely tighten all the Cam Locks and the Screws. Make sure that all the parts are tight and there are no gaps between the parts. This will help keep the unit square. 15.

With the pilot holes as a guide, pick up the Door Panel (M) and fasten two Hinge Bases (8) to Left Side Panel (J), using four 15 mm Screws (9) per hinge.
  • Page 16 Assembly Instructions Shelf Support Cam Lock Cover (12 used in this step) (24 used in this step) ⑥ ⑦ 22. Insert the Shelf Supports (6) into the desired holes on the Side Panels (J and K). Make sure you place the four Shelf Supports in the same level so the shelf is not tilted.
  • Page 17 Assembly Instructions Tools required (not provided): Phillips screwdriver, stud finder, pencil, measure tape, power drill and 3 mm/0.1 in drill bit. 24. Ask for assistance to position the unit at the desired location against a wall. If necessary, adjust the pre- attached floor levelers at the bottom of the Base Front Stretcher (E) to level the unit.
