1. Hand trim (1). Install lever drive spindle (2).

2. Install trim (1) and exit device head cover (3).

- Page 2 Cylinder Installation 1. Remove back plate (4). Install wave spring (e) and cylinder (d) into the collar (c). Install cylinder and collar assembly. Secure with cylinder locking plate (b) and locknut (a). 2. Align drive pin (5). Install and secure back plate (4). Adjust for Door Thickness Trim is factory preset for a 1 ¾“.
