TROUBLESHOOTING

Please check the following details, before enquiring or requesting for repairs.
Problem
Wireless LAN connection of
the air purifi er and the router
cannot be performed.
The connection between the air
purifi er and your smartphone
cannot be established.
Remote operation from
a smartphone cannot be
performed.
When changing the router

In case of being handed over

• Please check the router in use.
• Please adjust the router and antenna direction, move the router and
antenna closer, and so on.After that, reswitch to turn on the router and
perform the initial settings again.
• Is the Wireless LAN connection icon appearing on your smartphone
monitor?
⇨ Please set up the wireless LAN connection on your smartphone.
• Is the air purifi er and your smartphone is connecting to the same router?
⇨ Please connect the air purifi er and your smartphone to the same router.
• Is the total number of smartphones being in use exceeding the maximum
number for registration on one air purifi er?
⇨ The maximum number of smartphones that can be registered on one
air purifi er is 5.
• Is the total number of products (air conditioners, air purifi ers, etc.) to be
registered with one smartphone exceeding the maximum designated
number?
⇨ The maximum number of products to be registered with one
smartphone is 10.
• Is the WLAN Lamp of the air purifi er on?
⇨ If the WLAN Lamp is off, please connect the air purifi er to the router.

• Have the connection between the air purifi er and your smartphone been
completed?
⇨ Please set up the connection between the air purifi er and your
smartphone. (page 8)
• It is necessary to reconnect the air purifi er to the router.
1. Hold down the "WLAN" button for 3 seconds to stop the wireless LAN
function.
2. Perform "Initial Connection Settings 2 : Connection of the air purifi er and
a router". (page 4)
1. Delete the registration of the old smartphone from Designated application.
2. Use the new smartphone to perform "Initial connection settings 1
: Installation of the application", and "Initial connection settings 3 :
Connection between the air purifi er and a smartphone".(page 3, 8)
• Please perform the following steps, to prevent leak of personal information.
1. Delete the registration of the air purifi er from Designated application.
2. Perform "Initialization of wireless LAN function". (page 11)
• To prevent unauthorized access from a third party, Please Perform
"Initialization of wireless LAN function". (page 11)
• The wireless LAN connection of the air purifi er and a router is in setup.
• The connection of the air purifi er and a smartphone is in setup.
• Network error. Please confi rm the Wireless LAN network status from
"Wireless LAN network status"
• The air purifi er cannot connect to the router.
• Please confi rm the Wireless LAN network status from "Wireless LAN
network status"
• Has the electric plug of the air purifi er come out of its power socket?
• Has the wireless LAN function been stopped?
