Observing cleaning intervals

This tumble dryer is equipped with a
multi-stage filter system, which
consists of fluff filters (1.) and a filter in
the plinth (2.).
This filter system collects all fluff
generated during the drying process.
Failure to clean the filters regularly
could increase drying times.
Fire hazard due to irregular
maintenance.
Too many fluff deposits in the filter
system and tumble dryer pose a fire
hazard.
Check the filter system and the air
flow openings on a regular basis.
Clean the filters if you find any fluff
deposits.
Damage caused by a missing or
damaged filter system.
Too many fluff deposits in the filter
system and tumble dryer will
increase the risk of appliance
malfunctions.
Never use the tumble dryer without
the filter system. Always replace a
damaged filter system immediately.

1. When to clean the fluff filters

The fluff filters are located in the drum
loading area.
Clean the filters after every
programme and always clean them
when the following prompt appears in
the display:
Clean out the airways
 To delete the message: Touch the
 sensor.
