ETSI ONU safety guidelines

3.2.3
The ONU equipment complies with the EN 300 019 European environmental
standards.
3.2.4
For most ONUs, the ONU equipment complies with EN 60825-1 and IEC 60825-2 for
laser products. If there is an exception to this compliance regulation, you can find this
information in the standards compliance section of the unit data sheet in this Product
Guide.
3.2.5
The ONU equipment complies with the requirements of ITU Recommendation K.21
for resistibility of telecommunication equipment installed in customer premises to
over voltage and overcurrents.
3.2.6
The ONU equipment complies with EN 300 753 acoustic noise emission limit and test
methods.
