7. WASTE DISPOSAL

7.1 MOTOR OIL DISPOSAL.

Engine oil and hydraulic oil are both pollutants to the environment. Dispose of used oil
at a certified recycling center or according to your state and local regulations.

8. TROUBLE SHOOTING

8.1 MOWER CUTS UNEVENLY.

a) Check air pressure in tires; 20 psi/drive, 22 psi/pneumatic casters. A more uniform

8.2 ENGINE WILL NOT START.

a) Check that throttle control is midway between "slow" and "fast" positions, and choke

When a problem occurs, do not overlook the simple causes. For example, starting
problems could be caused by an empty fuel tank. The following tables list some common
causes of troubles. Do not attempt to service or replace major items or any items that
call for special timing or adjustment procedures (governor, valves, etc.). Have this work
done by your Engine Service Dealer.
