What else could you try?
• Check the connections, including PowerCel, earhook and
cables.
• Check the volume dial.
• Check for visible damage to components.
• Is the headpiece positioned over the implant site?
• Is the PowerCel charged and inserted properly? Try another
PowerCel.
• Are you using the appropriate program? Try another program.
• Check the Microphone/System status using the LED.
• If using the T mic, replace the earhook with a standard hook
which works using the processor's own microphone.
• Replace the Cable/Headpiece.
Glows continuously
No green light
Green light flashes
once a second
Green light still
flickering.
All is well
Check battery of
processor.
Check headpiece
retention and change
headpiece/cable if
necessary.
Ensure that the
correct processor is
being worn. Contact
your CI centre.
