When the red LED on the communication board is lighted, it is in the process of the program rewriting of the control board.

  • Page 42 6 Cleaning of Measuring Windows Clean the measuring windows according to the procedures below because it greatly affects the test results if they have fingerprints or dust etc. on. 1) Saturate K-dry cleaning material or soft cloth with the neutral detergent. 2) Clean the measuring windows in a circular motion.
  • Page 43 7 Maintenance Mode The maintenance mode includes the settings which are necessary for the maintenance such as the chart, evaluation of the hardware, correction of the adjustment data of the product and print-out. 7-1 Start-up of maintenance mode Turn the power on whole pressing the dial push key. Release the dial push key when it starts beeping and the screen on the right appears by pressing and holding the dial push key.

Also do not squeeze the harness at the time of assembling. (2) Apply screw lock after tightening it when screwing at where screw lock was originally applied. (3) Check the operation performance after replacing each unit.
