Bad F2 (Common and language ROS) card.

- Power down.
- Remove the cards in M4, N2, and N4 if
installed.
No more than 25 seconds after power up, the
following events should occur:
1. ABCDEFGH appears on the top line of the
5110 display.
2. ABCDEFGHJKLMNP appears on the top
line.
3. The top line is cleared and either LOADO
or CLEAR WS appears once on one and
only one line of the display.
-Power up.

-Istall he ard hat as n M4 into the M2 location.
