OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS TIMER SETTINGS • The Surger has 3 timer settings. Press the 60S button to set the timer to 60 seconds, the 90S button to set the timer to 90 seconds, or the 120S button to set 120 seconds. Use this feature to time yourself while rolling out a specific muscle group. -
