Load of platform Retracting 240kg Extending—extension only 100kg The machine can only be lifted or extended when the machine is on solid and level ground. Do NOT take tilt alarm as level indicator. The tilt alarm on platform works only when the machine is seriously tilted.

In this case, use of ground controller only when there are NO person on platform. Pay attention to and follow the red and yellow arrows indicating driving and steering directions on the control panel of the platform controller and drive chassis. Operators shall obey workplace rules, governmental regulations and related rules on use of life security devices,.
  • Page 11 Explosion and Fire Hazard Do NOT use the machine at hazardous places or places full of flammable or explosive gas or particles. Damage Hazard to the Machine Do NOT use the machine when there is damage or breakdown. Operators shall thoroughly check the machine and test all functions before operation. Damaged or broken machine shall be identified and no operation is allowed.
  • Page 12 Safety of Battery Burning Hazard Battery contains acid. Wear appropriate protective clothing and goggles when using battery. Prevent acid in battery from spilling over. Keep away from the acid. Use soda water to neutralize acid spilt over. Do NOT expose battery or charger to water or rain while charging. Explosion Hazard Battery can produce explosive gas.

Tip-over Hazard Do NOT use batteries lighter than the original ones. Battery works as counterweight, it is critical to the stability of machine.

  • Page 15 Make sure that lateral guardrail is installed and bolts are screwed tightly.  Check hydraulic oil level Keeping appropriate hydraulic oil level is essential for the machine. Inappropriate hydraulic oil level will cause damage to hydraulic components. Inspectors can monitor change of hydraulic oil level through routine inspections and this kind of change may indicate problems with hydraulic system.
