11. Troubleshooting

Do not attempt to open or repair your Silk'n device. You may
expose yourself to dangerous electrical components or pulsed
light energy and cause serious harm to yourself. It will also void
your warranty.
Problem
My device does not
start.
There is no light
pulse when the
device touches my
skin.
The skin colour
sensor light and
the ready light
blink.
One or more lights
blink.
The device has
stopped working
and is in standby
mode.
For problems or queries, please contact Silk'n Customer Service.
Checks
Make sure the adapter is properly
connected to the device and that it is
plugged into an electrical outlet on the wall.
Check that the device is connected and
the ready light is on. Make sure that the
treatment surface is evenly and firmly
pressed to the skin and that you are moving
the device across your skin.
It is also possible that your skin colour is too
dark.
The skin colour is too dark.
The device has malfunctioned.
Press the control button again to start the
device.
