Do not attempt to open or repair your Silk' n Reveal. You may expose yourself
to dangerous electrical components and cause serious harm to yourself. It will
also void your warranty.

Checks
Make sure the adapter is properly connected to the
device, that it is plugged into an electrical outlet,
and that you have pressed the control button.
Make sure the device is on, and check that the
filter, rubber cap and treatment tip are placed on the
device correctly.
Only authorized personnel are permitted to perform repairs. For
problems or queries, please contact Silk'n Customer Service.
If the device fails, unplug immediately.
