• The new bowl shape, thanks to the natural insulation action of the air, maintains the temperature and prevents condensation
forming on outer surface; the bowl is also entirely customizable for merchandising actions. In addition to that, the new bowl shape
helps a natural mixing process to prevent the ice build-up.
• I-Pro is available in the Mechanical version, that is equipped with a traditional rocker switch control board; in this version, machine
settings are only manual and for each bowl it's possible to choose between slush mode and chilling mode.

In case of prolonged shutdown (winter storage), the machine must be disassembled, washed and sanitized according to the instructions in this manual before start-up to ensure the best possible cleanliness.
