- Page 3 Schaltschrank bestimmt. Es besteht aus einem Baugruppenträ- ger mit integrierter Rückwandplatine, auf der sich Hauptprozes- sor und Speicher befinden. Je nach Anforderung können Sie Baugruppen von Festo in den Baugruppenträger installieren. Der SPC200 dient bestimmungsgemäß als Positioniersteuerung und Lageregler für Pneumatische Achsen sowie als Positionier- steuerung für elektrische Achsen.

Aus- und Einbau von Baugruppen VORSICHT: Unsachgemäße Handhabung kann zur Beschädigung der Baugruppen führen. • Berühren Sie keine Bauelemente. • Beachten Sie die Handhabungsvorschriften für elektro- statisch gefährdete Bauelemente. • Entladen Sie sich vor dem Ein- oder Ausbau von Bau- gruppen elektrostatisch, zum Schutz der Baugruppen vor Entladung statischer Elektrizität.
- Page 5 SPC200-CPU-... Baugruppe einbauen 1. Druckluftversorgung und Betriebsspannungsversorgung ab- schalten. 2. Ggf. Sicherungshebel entriegeln und Blindplatte entfernen. 3. Baugruppe an der Frontplatte fassen und in die Führungs- schiene einschieben. Achten Sie darauf, daß Sie die Bau- gruppe beim Einschieben nicht verkanten und keine Bauteile auf der Leiterplatte beschädigt werden.

Baugruppenträger montieren Sie können den Baugruppenträger auf zwei Arten in einen Schaltschrank einbauen: – Anschrauben direkt an die Schaltschrankwand – Aufklipsen auf eine Hutschiene. Einbau durch Anschrauben Sie benötigen: – eine Einbaufläche von ca. 126 x 120 mm – vier Gewindebohrungen für Schraubengröße M4 (Maßanga- ben siehe Bild).

You can install Festo modules in the rack according to your requirements. The SPC200 is designed as a position controller and closed loop controller for pneumatic axes as well as a position controller for electric axes.

Fitting and removing the modules CAUTION Modules can be damaged by incorrect handling. • Do not touch any of the components. • Follow the instructions for handling components which are affected by electrostatic charges. • Discharge yourself electrostatically before inserting or removing modules in order to protect the components from discharges of static electricity.
