Power supply for GSM module from PSU or battery

The S601 toggle switch selects whether to feed the GSM module from the connected
laboratory PSU or a battery. Battery operation and charging should be chosen only if
supported by your GSM module, for specifications see [1].
When the S601 switch is in the "Up" position (see Table 15), the GSM module is powered
only from the battery, and the charging function of the GSM module is available. For details
about charging the battery see Chapter 3.1.5.
Note: When the S601 switch is flipped up, it is necessary to keep the 9V laboratory PSU
connected for operating the DSB45 (interfaces, status LEDs, etc).
The functions of the S601 toggle switch are shown in Figure 2 and in Table 15.
