    √ Check the bench for cracks or ruptures in the plastic. If you have concerns, contact the manufacturer at 1-800-MEDLINE. √ Check that all push buttons are fully protruded from the mainframe through the leg extensions and are properly engaged.
  • Page 3 Transfer Bench Components Note: Before assembly, ensure that all parts and quantities match the parts list. Inspect all components for shipping damage. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact your dealer/retailer for replacements. A. Two Panel Section of Seat B.
  • Page 4 Assembly Instructions Flip the One Panel (B) and the Two Panel (A) Sections of the transfer bench upside down so the aluminum frame is visible. Insert the One Panel Section into the Two Panel Section (tubular hole). Ensure the push buttons are inserted all the way and are engaged properly.

    With the transfer bench still upside down, insert the Back Rest (F) into the Three Panel Seat. Please ensure the push buttons are securely fastened before proceeding. Note: The back rest can be placed on either side of the of the transfer bench to accommodate the bath tub setup.
