Power up your ML1500
You can power the ML1500 from either the included AC-
powered power cube or from the USB port of a computer or
USB power bank. Using the AC-powered power cube is
preferred when an AC outlet is available.
To use the included AC power cube, plug it into an AC power
outlet. Then connect the included USB power cable between
the ML1500's PWR jack and the AC power cube.
Whatever you use as a power source, make sure the ON/OFF
button is pressed in to turn on your ML1500.
Most modern desktop and laptop computers will supply
enough current (up to 1.2 amperes required) through their
USB port to power the ML1500. This can be very convenient if
you're in a location where AC power isn't available. To use the
USB port, first plug one end of the included USB power cable
into the PWR jack of the ML1500. Plug the other end of the US
power cable into the USB port you want to use to power the
ML1500.
If you use a different power cube than the one included, it
must have a nominal voltage of 5 volts DC and at least 1.2
amperes.
