IMPORTANT: End Plates must be positioned in the correct mounting holes in the Stabilizer Bar exactly as
illustrated.
Tighten screws and lock nuts securely using a phillips head screwdriver and a 7/16" wrench.

a soft surface so the finish is protected. Insert an Upper Guide Bushing C and affix with a Flathead Machine Screw J to the Footboard Z . Tighten
but do not overtighten. Use a hand held screwdriver for this instead of power driven. Over tightening can cause the Upper Guide Bushing C to
compress and the bushing must not bind when sliding in groove of the Metal Top Track. At this time read and understand Diagram 5. Test
to see that the Metal Top Track will slide freely over the Upper Guide Bushing C , if not, loosen J until the Metal Top Track slides freely, but make
sure the Upper Guide Bushing C is still securely attached. Insert Lower Guide Pin D
remain loose for operation of the Dropside X . Follow the same procedure for attaching C ,
Now install Drawer
Rail E E and Drawer
"Cabinet Rail"-Right

again exactly as shown
using (4) 1-5/8" F/H
Phillips/Slotted Wood

curely.

and the remaining

install Drawer Rail E E

Rail"-Left N N using
the remaining (4) 1-5/8"
