Step 4 Securely tighten all the bolts and turn the stand upright,
see fig fig D.

Mounting the Morticer to the Stand
WARNING! THE MORTICER IS A HEAVY PIECE
OF MACHINERY, WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU
GET THE ASSISTANCE OF ANOTHER PERSON
OR USE SOME SORT OF LIFTING DEVICE,
(HOIST, ENGINE CRANE), BEFORE YOU
ATTEMPT TO LIFT OR MOVE THIS MACHINE!
Locate the four M8x60mm Hex bolts (c) and the large 5/16"
washer (d). Lift the morticer (A) onto the stand (C). Line up
the four pre-drilled holes to the base of the morticer with the
threaded holes to the corners of the stand assembly (C). Place

a larger washer (d) over the thread Hex bolts (c), insert the bolt
down through the holes in the morticers base and screw them
into the stand, see fig F.

Operating Lever
1) Locate the operating lever (B), using a Hex key remove the
Hex screw washer and spring from the rack and pinion assembly
and place close to hand, see figs 02-03-04.
