3- Avensis: Touch screen is not responsive or frozen when pressed
Phenomenon description:
The touch screen has suddenly become not responsive, inoperative or frozen when pressed.
Potentially phenomenon is not caused by a malfunctioning Display Audio-unit, but by
contamination accumulated between the touch screen and the Center Instrument Cluster
Finish panel.
How to fix:
Please follow the Repair Procedure to confirm whether the customer claim can be resolved
without replacing the actual Display Audio-unit.
