The LAN parameters of the WAH7601 are preset in the factory with the following values:
• IP address of 192.168.1.1 with subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 (24 bits).
• DHCP server enabled with 41 client IP addresses starting from 192.168.1.20 to 192.168.1.60.
These parameters should work for the majority of installations. If your ISP gives you explicit DNS server
address(es), read the embedded Web Configurator help regarding what fields need to be configured.

8.2 LAN Settings

Use this screen to change the IP address for your WAH7601. Click Configuration > LAN > LAN. The screen
appears as shown next.

DESCRIPTION
Type the IP address of your WAH7601 in dotted decimal notation.
Type the subnet mask of this interface in dotted decimal notation. The subnet mask
indicates what part of the IP address is the same for all computers in the network.
Click Apply to save your changes back to the WAH7601.
