  • Page 4 10. Loosen the outer screws of the 4 cantilevers. 11. Take off the table top. 12. Take off the cover of the column connector.

  • Page 6 16. Follow the same process for the leg column to have both legs completely separated from the rest. 17. Hang out the short primary rod from the deflection unit and from the gearbox. 18. Hang out the long primary rod from the deflection unit …...
  • Page 7 19. … and from the gearbox. 20. Loosen the screws on both ends of the cable tray. 21. After doing this both gearboxes + cantilever are separated from the rest.
  • Page 8 22. For changing the locking disc inside the gearbox a specific pair of pliers is needed. 23. Take off the locking ring.
  • Page 9 24. Separate the connection flange from the cantilever. 25. Loosen the screws that are fixing the locking disc. 26. Take off the locking disc and replace it by the new one.
  • Page 10 27. Adjust the right turning moment. 28. Fix the new locking disc with 4 screws. 29. Connect the cantilever with the connection flange.
  • Page 11 30. Use the locking ring … 31. … to connect both parts again. 32. Make sure that the locking mechanism is working.
  • Page 12 33. Start to connect the gearbox + cantilever with the cable tray again. 34. Connect both parts with the matching screws on each side of the cable tray. Tighten the screws with 14Nm. 35. Start to connect both column legs with the column connection + cantilever.
  • Page 13 36. Screw both parts together on each side of the frame. 37. Add on both sides the plastic cover again. 38. Remount the long primary rod.
  • Page 14 39. Remount the short primary rod. 40. Place the table top on the frame. 41. Fix the outer screws of the 4 cantilevers .
  • Page 15 42. Pull the upper handle in order to reach the parking position. 43. Fix the upper handle with screws. 44. Fix the lower handle with screws.
  • Page 16 45. Fix the inner screws of the 4 cantilevers. 46. Tighten 8 screws of the cable tray. 47. Replacement completed!
