Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damage or physical injury:
 Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed
to use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a
qualified person how to use the unit.
 Please read the safety notes most carefully. Handling this unit incorrectly
may be hazardous for persons and property. Westfalia does not assume
liability for damages caused by incorrect handling. Work on tube/pipe
systems and pressure vessels may only be carried out by specially trained
and approved personnel.
 Only use the pressure test pump for the intended use, for checking
tube/pipe systems and pressure vessels according to national and interna-
tional standards. The pressure pump is not intended for continuous profes-
sional use. Only use the pressure test pump as described in this manual.
The pressure test pump is not designed to be used with sealants.
 When cleaning, when not in use or during maintenance, disconnect the
pressure test pump from the testing system.
 Do not jam the hose in any way and do not bend it. Do not pinch the hose
and keep it away from sharp edges and hot surfaces.
 Keep the valve free and clean at all times.
 Only use oil and water as testing medium. Never use acids or other
aggressive substances, as these will damage the gaskets.
 Do not use the pressure test pump if the hose become damaged and leaks.
Do not use the pressure test pump furthermore if any other components
become damaged. Only use original replacement parts which can be
ordered from Westfalia.
 Should the pressure test pump become damaged do not use it and have it
repaired by a professional or contact our customer support department. Do
not disassemble the unit or try to repair it yourself.
