1. Turn the temperature adjustment knob to "0".
2. Turn the power switch to "OFF".
3. Remove the power plug from the outlet.
4. Check that water in the tub has become fully cool, and then take out the drain board and drain
the water using the method shown below.
* If water droplets are on parts other than the tub, be sure to wipe them off with a dry
cloth. Especially if water droplets remain on the wooden frame or wooden part of the lid,
deterioration of wood may occur.
Method for draining water
Tilt the corner of the side opposite that of the power switch, and drain water from the corner.
5. Clean the inside of the tub and drain board. If sake or dirt adheres, wash them off. If there
are foreign objects, remove them. When draining water, follow the above-mentioned draining
water method. After draining water, wipe off the water droplets with a dry cloth.
* When using a sponge, use a soft one so as not to damage the product.
* When using a detergent, choose a neutral type.
* Be careful not to apply a strong force to the heater.
* When cleaning the drain board, be careful not to injure your finger by its end face.
* Rinse well so that detergent does not remain in the tub.
* When cleaning wooden parts, be sure to wipe them with a dry cloth and do not use a
detergent.
* The wooden parts are made of natural wood. Warping, cracks, or change in color may occur
depending on the use environment and condition.
