Application

This product is a sake warmer to be used for heating sake by putting Tokkuri (sake
server bottles) into a tub with water/hot water, and is designed for indoor use only.
Do not use it for any other purpose.

How it Works

This product is equipped with a heater to warm the water in the tub. The water
warmed by the heater indirectly warms the Tokkuri in the tub. The temperature of
the water in the tub can be adjusted by using the temperature adjustment knob.

About the Heater

This product incorporates the PTC heater. The PTC heater uses a "ceramic semiconductor" as
the heating element, and if the heater itself changes to a state in which it is heated without water,
the current will automatically be restricted so that the heater temperature does not exceed a
certain level. However, heating an empty tub subjects the heater, tub, and drain board to high
temperatures, which is very dangerous. Also, repeatedly heating an empty tub can cause failure.
Never allow the tub to be heated while empty.
When using the product, be sure to use the drain board so that objects do not contact the heater.
(6) The product and water inside remain hot during use and for a while
after use. During that time, do not touch the product or the water with
your hand. Otherwise, a burn may result.
(7) When you are not using the product for one day or longer, turn the
power switch to "OFF" and remove the power plug from the outlet.
(8) If any unusual smells should be noticed during use of the product,
immediately turn the power switch to "OFF", remove the power plug from
the outlet, and contact our service department without doing anything.
(9) In case of lightning, the product may be damaged owing to abnormal
current or voltage generated by a direct lightning stroke or induced
lightning and applied via power wires. If thunder begins to sound,
remove the power plug from the outlet.
(10) Do not heat anything other than water. Doing so can cause corrosion
of the heater or tub, resulting in a failure.
(11) Do not overheat sake. Otherwise, not only will the sake flavor will be
lost, but also the sake can boil and you can be burned.
Do not apply a strong force to the heater, do not scratch
it with a sharp object, and do not damage it in any way.
Doing so can cause failure resulting in a serious accident.
