Quality of image
Resolution in AF
In the case of " Macro" <Macro>
The resolution must be in compliance with the following values in
all the postures of the EIA J chart evaluation.
<High quality of image>
Center horizontal/vertical: 1150 TV pcs.
Periphery horizontal/vertical: 750 TV pcs.
<Standard>
Center horizontal/vertical: 1150 TV pcs.
Periphery horizontal/vertical: 750 TV pcs.
<3M>
Center horizontal/vertical: 900 TV pcs.
Periphery horizontal/vertical: 600 TV pcs.
<Personal computer>
Center horizontal/vertical: 450 TV pcs.
Periphery horizontal/vertical: 300 TV pcs.
<TV>
Center horizontal/vertical: 250 TV pcs.
Periphery horizontal/vertical: 150 TV pcs.
<10 ～ 0.3m> (The whole zoom area)
Center horizontal/vertical: 1150 TV pcs.
<0.3 ～ 0.04m> (The whole zoom area)
Center horizontal/vertical: 950 TV pcs.
・ Take a picture on condition that aperture is "open" in the AUTO
mode and image quality priority mode.
・ Equip the 5100K viewer with the chart with WIDE-end, MIDDLE
(Z08), TELE-end and the distance of 0.3m or more and shoot an
object in the full range of angle of view.
・ Then, open the recorded image data file through Photoshop and
check the resolution visually.
・ Check each posture and the difference of zoom reciprocation.
・ Take a picture in each quality mode.
・ Measure the TV resolution pieces at center.
Center horizontal/vertical: 950 TV pcs.
・ Check at near distance (W12cm, M (Z08) 4cm, T10.5cm).
・ Take a picture at the high image quality mode.
