NOTICE
1. This document describes the process for installing the modular precision power distribution
cabinet (PDC). Before installation, read the User Manual to learn the product information and
safety precautions.
2. When installing or operating a device, you must use insulated tools.
3. Only engineers certified by the manufacturer or its agents are allowed to perform PDC
installation, commissioning, and maintenance. Otherwise, personal injury or equipment
damage may occur, and Huawei will not be liable for any loss.
4. Sections and steps marked as optional in this document can be performed selectively based
on the actual configuration.

PDC Installation
2.1
Moving the PDC
CAUTION
1. Due to the limitations of the door height, you can move the device into the equipment room by
tilting it. Keep it upright in the equipment room.
2. Take protective measures during moving the PDC to prevent toppling and bumping.
3. During movement, be careful to avoid squeezing the MDU screen.
Installing the PDC

1. Mark the positions for installing the PDC based on the marking-off template. Drill holes and install
expansion sleeves.

2. Place a level on the PDC. Adjust the anchor bolts of the PDC using an adjustable wrench until the
leveling feet are in contact with the floor. Then level the PDC.
