Save Changes to Tester

Your IT1000 tester is equipped with Non-Volatile Flash memory and a battery backed real time
clock. However, changes to the tester are not made permanent until you chose this option.
Use this option every time you make changes to the configuration of your tester, otherwise they will
be lost and future tests may give confusing results.
ü
This means that you can experiment with different settings in order to diagnose a problem and then easily
return to the previously saved setting by simply turning the tester off then on again.
Z
Note that in common with other devices which use flash memory, you should not interrupt the power supply whilst
the new configuration is being committed to memory. Doing so may mean that your tester has to be returned to
Black Box for service.
