IT1000 Basic Rate ISDN Tester
If you have successfully installed the IT-Explorer software, you will find a new item added to your
Windows START menu (START > PROGRAMS > BLACK BOX > IT1000 EXPLORER).
Locate this and select it to launch the program. Alternatively, you can start the program by locating
the file IT1000explorer.exe and running it.
The initial screen from which all functions are controlled looks like this :
From this screen press the Connect button or chose the menu option Connection > Connect. You
will be presented with a screen like this which allows you to select a locally connected unit or a
remote one.
If you wish to connect to an IT1000 tester via the supplied serial cable, press Local Tester. If you
are attempting to connect to a remote tester, enter the ISDN number of the remote line in the Number
box and press Remote Tester.
The number drop down box contains the last 10 numbers you entered.
When you ask to connect to a remote tester, you will be presented with a username and password
login prompt like this:
