Before each use, inspect the general condition of the Fountain. Check for
cracked or broken parts, damaged electrical wiring, and any other condition that
may affect safe operation. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, have the problem
corrected before further use. Do not use damaged equipment.

To clean the Water Pump Impeller: A clogged or dirty Pump Impeller (12) will
greatly reduce performance of the Fountain. To clean the Impeller, remove the
Back Cover (13) of the Pump to expose the Impeller. Use a stream of clean
water to clean the Impeller and Impeller area inside the Pump. Then, replace the
Back Cover.

When storing, make sure to store the Fountain in a clean, dry, safe location out of
reach of children.

CAUTION! All maintenance, service, or repairs not mentioned in this
manual must only be performed by a qualified service technician.
Problem
The Water Pump (4) is plugged in, but
fails to operate.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Make sure the Transformer (8) of the Pump is plugged
into a working 120 volt, grounded, electrical outlet.
Check the fuse or circuit breaker supplying power to
the electrical outlet.
Make sure there is at least 2" of water in the Bowl (3).
For best results, completely submerge the Water Pump
in water.
Check the water intake area of the Water Pump for
excessive debris build-up. If necessary, clean the
intake area.
Check the Hose (2) for kinks and obstructions. If
necessary, flush out with a garden hose.
Remove the Back Cover (13) of the Water Pump to
access the Impeller (12) area. Clean the Impeller and
Impeller area. Then, turn the Impeller to ensure it is not
jammed or broken.
