    1. SAFETY WARNINGS • Before using the appliance for the first time CAREFULLY READ the operating instructions. • Before plugging in the device, make sure that the supply voltage corresponds to that indicated on the specifications of the device and that the electrical outlet is grounded and has protection differential. • Do not disconnect the plug by pulling the power cord. Keep the power cord away fromheat, steam and oil. • Do not touch the device with wet hands or feet when plugged in. • Never leave the device unattended when plugged in. Unplug the device when not in use. • Before cleaning ovens, refrigerators, lamps,etc., unplug the appliances. • Do not immerse the device into water or other liquids. • The device is not to be used by children or persons who do not know how to operate it. • Use the unit only on flat surfaces. • Never fill the boiler’s water tank with detergents, perfumes or other chemicals.   • Page 8 MOUNTING THE BASKET FOR TANKS (9, Fig. 1.1) Fig. 14 This basket, contained in the accessories box, is used to hold the two rear tanks (water/hydrojet and detergent). It has to placed to be the upper part of the body; to fix it you need to insert in the front compartment (used for accessories) the tray that has 2 holes. Fig. 18 3.2 STEAM FUNCTION Unscrew the tank cap (10) (Fig. 1.2) and fill it exclusively with drink water. It’s strictly forbidden to fill the boiler’s water tank with detergents, perfumes other chemicals. All water entering the machine is filtered by a meshed filter and then by a patented magnetic technology that allows limestone to break the bonds between the molecules that cause the creation of limestone, in this way, although it is not possible to stop limestone creation, you can limit it. Steam ready When the tank is empty, the alarm “LACK OF WATER/HYDROJET” switches on, the pump and the solenoid valves can not operate until the tank is filled properly. To do so you need to turn off the machine through the green switch on the front panel, unscrew the cap and fill the water tank, then restart the machine which will play the normal startup routine. CAUTION: If there is no water in the tank the machine will not immediately activate the alarm, but it will do so after 15 seconds (Time required for necessary tests).

When the alarm is on, the machine stops delivering steam (if the detergent/hydrojet function is on, the machine stops this function too). STEAM AND DETERGENT CLEANING It allows the mixing of steam with a special detergent which increases the cleaning power, this function is achieved by means of a vibration pump, fishing detergent from the tank and mixes intermittently detergent with steam through a metal union.

Kruger steam production, expected that in the boiler, there is always a quantity of water, so that the limestone remains in solution and does not solidify.     10. SPECIAL MAINTENANCE - Always contact the nearest Service Centre or the manufacturer, in case of failure and/or malfunction. Any unauthorized alteration will void the warranty and may cause danger. - Never open the device. - Never try to dismantle the device. Always refer to the Service Centre or the Main Office. - Always make sure that the plug and cable are not damaged. In case they need to be replaced, contact the nearest Service Centre. 11. ACCESSORIES STEAM HOSE (20, Fig. 6) Steam hose is made up of the handle, the sheath and the socket. You can plug it to the machine (13, Fig. 2) through the socket. You can connect to it all the accessories.

RESIDUAL RISKS There are some residual risks that could not be eliminated during machine project. These risks are the followings: - burn danger in the bottom part of the machine when the safety valve opens due to anomaly. Do not bring your face close to the drainage outlet of the safety valve placed in the bottom part of the machine. - do not disconnect the power cord with wet hands. Risk of electrocution. - risk of crushing if the machine overturns. - risk of fire / explosion if the machine is used in potentially explosives areas. - do not direct steam jet towards electric parts, damage or electrocution danger. - do not direct steam jet towards parts of the body, burn danger. 13. WARRANTY The combined appliance MOD. Professional 8000 has a one year warranty from the day of purchase against manufacture defect and faults of the materials. In order to be valid, the warranty needs to be accompanied either by the sales receipt or by the seller’s stamp indicating the date of purchase. The warranty covers the replacement or the repair free of charge of the components of the appliance. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the appliance. In case of failure or malfunction, contact the nearest Service Centre immediately. Any unauthorized modification to the appliance will automatically void the warranty.

INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD Antes de utilizar el aparato, hay que leer ATENTAMENTE y por COMPLETO este manual de instrucciones. • Antes de enchufar el aparato a la corriente, asegurarse de que la tensión eléctrica corresponda con la indicada en los datos del aparato y que la toma de alimentación tenga puesta a tierra y diferencial de protección (salvavida). • Desenchufar el aparato tirando de la clavija y no del cable. Proteger el cable de alimentación contra fuentes de calor, vapor y aceites. • Si el aparato está enchufado, no tocarlo con las manos o los pies mojados. • No dejar nunca el aparato sin vigilancia cuando esté enchufado. Si no se utiliza el aparato, es aconsejable desenchufarlo.

  • Page 22 MONTAJE DE LOS TANQUES (8, 8, Fig. 1) En el paquete hay dos tanques que tienen la función de depósito para el agua/inyecciòn agua caliente y para el detergente. Deben ser colocados en la cesta unida a la parte superior de la máquina. Una vez que los tanques han sido instalados, se pueden atornillar los dos tapones contenidos en la caja de los accesorios. ADVERTENCIA: Durante el montaje, asegúrarse de conectar los tubos de las tapas en el injerto apropiado. Basarse en la combinación de colores de cada injerto (por ejemplo, tuberías con terminaciòn azul, en el injerto azul.) La tapa grisa debe ser atornillada en el tanque del detergente (3 litros), mientras que la tapa negra en el tanque del agua (5 litros) .
  • Page 23 Atención: utilizar únicamente el detergente aconsejado por el fabricante. Está terminantemente prohibido echar en el depósito detergentes espumoso o detergentes que, en contacto con el calor, puedan desarrollar gases tóxicos o sustancias irritantes. Si se utilizan productos incompatibles, la limpiadora puede sufrir daños irreparables. 3.4 PUESTA EN MARCHA Enchufar el cable de alimentación (4) (fig. 1.1) a una toma eléctrica adecuada, tal como se indica en la etiqueta de los datos técnicos. Pulsar la parte superior del interruptor principal (11) (fig. 2): el testigo verde situado en el interruptor se enciende.

LIMPIEZA CON VAPOR - Realizar las operaciones preliminares descritas en el punto 3. - Introducir la clavija del tubo flexible (20) (fig. 6) en la toma (13) (fig. 2) y comprobar que esté bien introducida dando ligeros tirones. - Montar el accesorio para el tipo de vapor deseado, directamente en el tubo flexible y/o en los tubos de prolongación. Para ajustar la función de vapor, es necesario girar el anillo metàlico en las posiciones 1-2-3 y pulsar el gatillo ponido debajo de la manguera. De esta manera, se visualiza en el panel frontal la selección de regulaciòn de vapor. El vapor fluye a través de la válvula solenoide cuando se presiona el gatillo de la pistola. Con la función detergente/inyecciòn agua caliente activa, no se permite el ajuste del vapor, y se ajusta automáticamente a la segunda velocidad. La limpiadora de vapor solo puede suministrar vapor si hay agua en el bidón. Si durante el uso, el nivel de agua desciende por debajo del nivel mínimo previsto, se activa la alarma de falta de agua en el depósito y en el display se visualiza “ALARMA FALTA AGUA/INYECCIÓN AGUA CALIENTE”. Con la alarma activada, la limpiadora de vapor deja de suministrar vapor (y en el caso de que esté activada la función detergente/agua caliente de aclarado también se desactivará). La falta de agua dentro del tanque activa una alarma LED y una señal acústica para cinco segundos, y después se mantendrá sólo el LED para recordar que el agua en el tanque está terminado; asì no se molesta el usuario con la repetición continua del sonido. Sin líquido en el tanque de agua no se puede seguir trabajando, porque todas las funciones se suspenden. Para restablecer el funcionamiento normal es necesario reactivar la alarma. Para hacer esto: apagar el dispositivo, llenar el tanque de agua y reiniciar la máquina. El agua filtrada se extrae de un filtro patentado anti-caliza en la tecnología magnética, se mezcla con el vapor y se suministra de la manguera. La función de control del aclarado de agua caliente se lleva a cabo a través de la rotación del anillo en el mango de la pistola, a la posición “4”, mientras que el suministro se lleva a cabo con la presión del gatillo bajo del mango. El interruptor situado en la parte frontal de la máquina debe ser colocado en la posiciòn “II”. De otra manera se activarà la función detergente. La función inyecciòn de agua se puede seleccionar en cualquier condición y se activará el vapor de agua a la segunda velocidad. Esta función no permite la posibilidad de ajuste. Atención: es muy importante utilizar siempre producto antical Krüger en el bidón del agua caliente para el aclarado. En caso contrario, los tubos se llenarán de cal y la máquina se averiará rápidamente.
  • Page 26 Para ello, proceder del siguiente modo: 1. Asegurarse de que la máquina esté totalmente fría. 2. Con la llave de tubo hexagonal (35, Fig. 6) suministrada de serie, desenroscar la tuerca de drenaje. 3. Agitar ligeramente la máquina y dejar fluir el agua y la caliza presentes en la caldera. 4. Enroscar la tuerca de drenaje y el tapón de plástico Fig. 10 Esta operación es fundamental para evitar problemas de acumulación de caliza. El sistema de producción de vapor Krüger prevé que, dentro de la caldera, siempre haya una cierta cantidad de agua para que la cal se encuentre diluida en el agua y no se solidifique. Esto permite, por un lado, limitar los daños que puede causar la caliza y, por el otro, poder sacar la caliza fácilmente mediante la operación de drenaje de la caldera.

PAR DE TUBOS DE PROLONGACIÓN TERMOAISLADOS (30, fig. 6) Los tubos de prolongación se deben sujetar, por un extremo, a la empuñadura del tubo flexible y, por el otro, a los accesorios. Los tubos de prolongación, si se utilizan con el cepillo grande, son muy útiles para limpiar los suelos. CEPILLO RECTANGULAR (32, fig. 6) y COJINETE PARA CEPILLO RECTANGULAR (32a, Fig. 6) El cepillo grande sirve para limpiar con vapor los suelos. Puede ser utilizato con el cojinete para que absorba la humedad en exceso.. CEPILLO TRIANGULAR (31, Fig. 6) Y COJINETE TRIANGULAR (31a, Fig. 6) El cepillo triangular permite la limpieza de diversas superficies.
  • Page 28 - Riesgo de incendios/explosiones en caso de que la máquina se utilice en ambientes potencialmente explosivos. - No dirigir el chorro de vapor hacia componentes eléctricos ya que se podrían dañar y existe el riesgo de electrocución. - Con la máquina bajo tensión no dirigir el chorro de vapor o los accesorios de la máquina hacia los ojos o cerca del cuerpo ya que existe el riesgo de quemaduras. 13. GARANTÍA El aparato combinado modelo Professional Inox 8000 tiene una garantía de 1 año desde la fecha de compra contra defectos de fabricación y vicios de los materiales. La garantía es válida si está acompañada por el tique de caja o el sello del distribuidor con la fecha de compra. Por garantía se entiende la sustitución o reparación gratuita de los componentes del aparato que son defectuosos en origen por defectos de fabricación. La garantía pierde su validez en caso de uso indebido del aparato. En caso de avería o de mal funcionamiento, ponerse inmediatamente en contacto con el centro de asistencia autorizado más próximo. Toda manipulación del aparato por parte de personal no autorizado invalida automáticamente la garantía. El fabricante declina toda responsabilidad en caso de accidentes debidos a un uso del modelo Professional Inox 8000 no conforme con las presentes instrucciones de uso, y por los daños ocasionados directa o indirectamente a personas, animales y objetos.
