Once door has been prepared follow instructions A though C below.
A.
SET HANDING
1.
Rotate lever to the proper
handing position (see
Figure 1 for reference).
2.
Insert square handing pin
into hub to secure lever
position.
B.
INSTALL CYLINDER
1.
With key removed from
cylinder, slip wave washer
and collar onto cylinder.
2.
Insert assembly into escutcheon
and thread it tightly reversing only
enough to make sure cam is
positioned vertically, as shown.
3.
Lock the cylinder in place by installing
locking plate with screws provided.
C.
INSTALL ESCUTCHEON TRIM
1.
Place trim on exterior side of door inserting stems
though mounting holes. For functional trims, trim
spindle goes though center hole.
2.
Refer to instructions included in your exit device to secure
trim and exit device to door.
3.
Once trim and exit device are installed, test lever to make
sure it operates latch on exit device properly.
Note: Lever on a night latch or dummy function trim does
not rotate; lever serves as pull function only.
