Ratings Lock

SETUP
Ratings Lock allows you to set the rating levels of your
DVD. Playback will stop if the ratings exceed the levels
you set.
Rating Level
1) With "Rating Level" selected in the "Ratings Lock"
menu, press [OK].

2) Select desired rating level using [K / L] then press [OK].

3) If a password has not been set yet, proceed to step 3-a.

• Record the password in case you forget it.
• If you forget the password, press [4], [7], [3], [7] at
step 3 above, then enter your new password.

Reset to Factory Default

SETUP
You can reset the settings to default.
1)With "Factory Default" selected in the "Other"
menu, press [OK].
2) Select "Yes" then press [OK].
Note
• All the settings except for the "Ratings Lock" setting
will be reset to default.
• When you do not wish to initialize, press [SETUP] to
exit the menu at step 1 or select "No" at step 2.
RATING EXPLANATIONS
• DVD software of any grades (adult/
general/children) can be played
back.
• No one under 17 admitted.
• Restricted; under 17 requires
accompanying parent or adult
guardian.
• Parental Guidance Recommended.
• Unsuitable for children under 13.
• Parental Guidance suggested.
• General Audience.
• Suitable for children.
