Die Betriebsanleitung muss ständig verfügbar sein und ist von jeder Person vor der Arbeit an oder mit dem MiniFil zu lesen und die darin gemachten Angaben und Hinweise zu beachten und anzuwenden. -

KEMPER MiniFil Betriebsanleitung - DE 3 Produktbeschreibung Der MiniFil ist ein kompaktes Schweißrauchfiltergerät, mit dessen Hilfe, die beim Schweißen entstehenden Schweißrauche nahe der Entstehungsstelle abgesaugt und mit einem Abscheidegrad von mehr als 99% abgeschieden werden. KEMPER MiniFil Betriebsanleitung - DE 3.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Der MiniFil ist dazu konzipiert, die Schweißrauche, die beim E-Schweißen entstehen, an der Entstehungsstelle abzusaugen und auszufiltern. Die beim Arbeitsprozess freiwerdenden Gefahrstoffe werden vom angeschlossenen Rauchabsaugbrenner oder einer Absaugdüse erfasst. Sie gelangen mit dem angesaugten Luftstrom in das Filtergerät. -

Hebemaschinen, wie z.B. Gabelstapler, Handhubgerät, die für den Transport des Filtergeräts ungeeignet sind, bei Auswahl ist die max. Traglast zu beachten. Mit dem MiniFil sind bei Einhaltung der bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung keine vernünftigerweise vorhersehbaren Fehlanwendungen möglich, die zu gefährlichen Situationen mit Personenschäden führen könnten. -

Auch bei der Beachtung aller Sicherheitsbestimmungen verbleibt beim Betrieb des MiniFils ein in der Folge beschriebenes Restrisiko. Alle Personen, die an und mit dem MiniFil arbeiten, müssen dieses Restrisiko kennen und die Anweisungen befolgen, die verhindern, dass diese Restrisiken zu Unfällen oder Schäden führen. -

Für den Transport des Kartons mit dem Filtergerät eignet sich ein Transport-/ Schiebewagen. 4.2 Lagerung Der MiniFil sollte in seiner Originalverpackung bei einer Umgebungstemperatur von 20°C bis +55°C an einem trockenen und sauberen Ort gelagert werden. Die Verpackung darf dabei nicht durch andere Gegenstände belastet werden. -

KEMPER MiniFil Betriebsanleitung - DE 5 Benutzung Jede Person, die sich mit Benutzung, Wartung und Reparatur des MiniFil befasst, muss diese Betriebsanleitung gründlich gelesen und verstanden haben. 5.1 Qualifikation des Bedienpersonals Der Betreiber des MiniFil darf mit der selbstständigen Anwendung des Gerätes nur Personen beauftragen, die mit dieser Aufgabe vertraut sind. -

Durch das Drehen des Reglers im Uhrzeigersinn wird die Drehzahl der Turbinen erhöht. Wartungsbuchse (Pos. 3) Anschlussmöglichkeit für den KEMPER-Service. Page 22: Instandhaltung
Die in diesem Kapitel beschriebenen Anweisungen sind als Mindestanforderungen zu verstehen. Je nach Betriebsbedingungen können weitere Anweisungen erforderlich werden, um den MiniFil in einem optimalen Zustand zu halten. Die in diesem Kapitel beschriebenen Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten dürfen nur von speziell geschultem Instandsetzungspersonal des Betreibers durchgeführt werden. -

WARNUNG Reinigen Sie den MiniFil nicht mit Druckluft! Dadurch können Staub- und/oder Schmutzpartikel in die Umgebungsluft gelangen. Eine angemessene Pflege hilft, den MiniFil auf Dauer in einem funktionsfähigen Zustand zu erhalten. Reinigen Sie den MiniFil einmal monatlich gründlich. Die äußeren Flächen des MiniFil können mit einem geeigneten Industrie- staubsauger der Staubklasse H gereinigt oder alternativ mit einem feuchten Tuch abgewischt werden. -

KEMPER MiniFil Betriebsanleitung - DE 6.3 Filterwechsel Die Lebensdauer der Filtereinsätze richtet sich nach Art und Menge der abgeschie- denen Partikel. Um die Standzeit des Hauptfilters zu erhöhen und vor Funkenflug zu schützen, wurde ihm ein Vorabscheider vorgeschaltet. Es wird empfohlen, den Vorabscheider je nach Arbeitsanfall z.B. - Page 25 Fall auszutauschen. Verwenden Sie nur Original-Ersatzfilter, denn nur diese garantieren Ihnen den erforderlichen Abscheidegrad und sind auf Filtergerät und Leistungsdaten abgestimmt. Schalten Sie den MiniFil am Schalter (Abb. 3, Pos. 1) aus. Verhindern Sie unbeabsichtigtes Wiedereinschalten durch Ziehen des Netzsteckers.

Achten Sie darauf, dass die in Abb. 5, Pos. 3.2 gekennzeichnete aufgeschäumte Dichtung, wie in der Abbildung sichtbar, zur Geräteinnenseite zeigt.

6 Technical Maintenance The guidelines described in this chapter comply with the minimum requirements. Depending on the operating conditions, the MiniFil device may be subject to further instructions to keep the instrument in optimal condition. Maintenance and repair works described in this chapter may only be carried out by the operator's specially trained service personnel. -
