The thermometer will show the current temperature of
the meat and the target temperature.
4. If the target temperature is reached, you will hear an
alarm sound from the receiver. Stop the cooking pro-
cess.
Using the Measuring Probe in the Oven
The measuring probe is heat-resistant up to 300° C and
can remain in the oven during cooking.
1. Insert the measuring probe of the thermometer at least
2 cm deep into the thickest part of the meat. Close the
oven door and wait until the displayed value stops
changing.
The thermometer will show the current temperature of
the meat and the target temperature.
2. If the target temperature is reached, the receiver will
give an alarm sound. Remove the meat from the oven.
And take out the measuring probe. Please wear oven
mitts. There is risk of burns!
Hints
 Do not expose the receiver and the sender to extreme
temperatures, vibrations or strong mechanical stress.
 Do not immerse the whole measuring probe and the
cable into liquids, otherwise moisture can get into the
unit and cause malfunction. Only the tip of the measur-
ing probe is waterproof.
