Removing the Pickup Assembly Idler Gear

Before removing the Pickup Assembly Idler Gear
• Remove the Cassette
• Open the Pedestal right cover
• Remove the Pickup Roller
• Remove the Feed Roller
How to remove
MEMO:
This procedure describes the removing procedure of cassette 1 Pickup Assembly Idler
Gear. Go through the same procedure for the Pickup Assembly Idler Gear of cassette 3
and cassette 4.
Note:
Do not touch the surface of Pickup Roller, Feed Roller and the Separation Roller.
1) Remove the Pickup Assembly Idler Gear.

Removing the Cassette 3 Pickup Unit

Before removing the Cassette 3 Pickup Unit
• Remove the Right Front Cover
• 1 screw
• Remove the Right Rear Cover
1) Open the Pedestal Right Cover
• 1 screw
