INSTALLING THE BATTERY PACK & CABLES
Important Notes:
• Before threading the cable through the WaterRower, ensure that your bottom deck is clear from any dirt or dust
build up and any water; failure to do so may prevent the cable guides from adhering to the bottom deck.
• Ensuring adequate clearance between the long power cable and any moving parts (pulleys and straps) is also
essential to proper installation of the tablet arm.
1. Install the new battery holder onto the front end pad. Fasten the battery holder in place using a Phillips head
screwdriver and 2 of the 4 small stainless-steel screws provided.
2. Place one of the provided large portable power banks in the battery holder with the USB ports open on top
and the battery logo to the outside.
3. Locate the long power cable (the one with several adhesive cable guides attached) in your installation kit.
Insert the USB end of the cable into the power bank.
4. Carefully thread the 2-prong female plug of the long power cable through the forward riser and bottom deck,
then plug this into the 2-prong male connector of the short power cable from the monitor.
5. Attach the two adhesive cable guides that are closest to the USB port to the interior of the forward riser so
that the edge of the adhesive guide sits flush to the edge of the tablet arm bracket (see images). Attach the
rest of the adhesive cable guides to the bottom deck, as close to the edge as possible (see images).
